PEG-GRAFEEL 6mg (Pegfilgrastim), a prescription drug is used to reduce the duration of neutropenia and the incidence of febrile neutropenia in patients treated with cytotoxic chemotherapy for malignancy (with the exception of chronic myeloid leukaemia and myelodysplastic syndromes). Peg-grafeel Injection is used to prevent infections after chemotherapy.

Dosage : 6mg subcutaneous once per chemotherapy cycle. Do not administer in the period 14 days before & 24 hours after admin of cytotoxic chemotherapy.
Most common side effects may be Bone pain, Headache, Swelling in the arms or legs, constipation, Drinking more liquids, working out, or adding fiber to your diet may help.
