Recommended dosage for adults– 1500 mg/sq.meter IV over 2 hours on Days 1, 3, and 5; repeat for 21Days
Recommended dosage for pediatrics – 650 mg/sq.meter IV over 1 hour x5 consecutive days, repeat cycle for 21Days
Storage : Atriance is stable for up to 8 hours at up to 30°C once the vial is opened

Common side effects are increased risk of getting infection, breathlessness and looking pale, bruising, bleeding gums or nosebleeds, tiredness and weakness (fatigue), headaches and dizziness, feeling or being sick, constipation, diarrhea, fluid build up, drowsiness, numbness or tingling in fingers and toes, abnormal sensations on the skin, breathlessness and cough, fever and muscle pain.
