DESCRIPTION
Spexib (Ceritinib) is a prescription drug used to treat non-small cell lung cancer caused due to genetic disorder. Ceritinib is usually given after other cancer medications have been unsuccessful or when the cancer has spread to other parts of the body.

Dosage :
After progression or intolerance on crizotinib in ALK+ metastatic NSCLC
- ONCE-DAILY, ORAL DOSING
- SPEXIB is supplied in 150-mg capsules
- Do not administer SPEXIB within 2 hours of a meal
- Do not consume grapefruit and grapefruit juice as they may inhibit CYP3A
- If a dose of SPEXIB is missed, make up that dose unless the next dose is due within 12 hours
SIDE EFFECTS
Most common side effects are Constipation, decreased appetite, diarrhea, heartburn, nausea, stomach pain, tiredness, vomiting.
